Totally into it captures the essence of what it is to work for one of Australia’s largest employers within the entertainment and hospitality sector.

The Totally into it database driven, internal recruitment platform allows both applicants and prospective employers to cross reference across the entire parent company EVENT.

To date – the platform has recieved over 160,000 applications

We worked with Onions Australia to re-design their industry website including a bespoke members area retaining existing access and data.

The Totally Into It campaign utilised existing staff in all photography – authenticity a key to employee communications.
